A 5-practice series designed to address several facets of the postpartum experience. This series offers classes focused on general wellness, rebalancing the pelvic floor, quieting anxiety, caring for the chest and upper back, and much more. If you are ready to return to yoga or any other physical practice after the birth of your baby (or babies!), this series is designed to support your body in doing so safely and optimally. 

Designed and taught by Jessica Fawcett, a mother, yoga teacher, and birth & postpartum doula, to support you in your beautiful and powerful postpartum body.
